I just got back on newgrounds after being inactive for a while and notice that I recieved a message. So, I check my inbox and see that the message is telling me that I was chosen to select my favorite nominee for the Best of June. That was sent to me 2 weeks ago. I don't really know whether or not being selected to choose a nominee for the Best of the Month is anything special, but it was the first time that I was selected to choose one.

To sum this all up, I was (and still am) pretty pissed. But I am the only one to blame for being inactive.

Today, I created and published my first loop. I made it in FL Studio 11 using instruments from a Drum'n'Bass Pack and a Lex Luger beat pack. It's not the best thing ever made, but it is my first one and I am still proud of it.

It is about 6.5 seconds long, but I took 10 Minutes to make it. I just opened up the Riff Machine and fiddled with it to get the main beat. Then, I just added 2 closed hats and a clap from the Drum'n'Bass pack, slapped on an 808 from the Lex Luger beat pack, and voila!
